Approval routing recipients
Who emails are routed to for each role in the Purchase Request chain. Edit a name or email to change where future requests go.
Staff directory
People and groups available in the Mail Tracker recipient typeahead. Toggling inactive removes someone from typeahead results without losing their history.
Form access
Per-form allowlists. "Everyone" forms (like Purchase Request) ignore the list. "Allowlist" forms only let listed emails through.
Purchase requests
All submitted requests and their approval status.
